First quarter is now over (week 14 starts tomorrow!) and the year is looking pretty busy. March, although quieter for support, was a busy month with just over 100 support tickets but nearly 400 touches! We, again, beat our response target of 20hrs by a third at 13.4hrs. So far this year, over 350 support tickets have been dealt with in over 1,300 touches with a 100% satisfaction rate and under our 20hr target! Awesome folks.
We’ve had a great response, also, to publishing our performance – a big thanks to those of you who responded to our support survey and gave us a 100% satisfaction rating and even bigger thanks to those who took the time to email us with specific thanks, it’s really appreciated.
