Happy Christmas and a Cracking 2014
Well, it’s that time of year again.
As per normal, the team are taking a well-earned break from the Friday before Xmas thru to the Monday following the New Year. This extends to over 2 weeks, and whilst we still provide support over that period it will be at a skeleton level so expect support tickets to be a little slower than normal – although, mostly we find that very few requests come through during this period and as a result response times rarely suffer.
Holiday Period
Close: Friday 20th December (lunchtime)
Open: Monday 6th January
Last change requests for 2013 need to be provided by 13th December.
Support
Working hours support is available across the period as determined by contract. Non-working days are:
December 2013: 24th, 25th, 26th and 31st
January 2014: 1st and 2nd
Extended support will be maintained, regardless of shutdown and non-working days. You can access our secure support portal here.
