WordPress Support.
Well another year goes by (our 20th Christmas since we founded) and it’s “service as normal” for us.
It’s now Week 51 of 2015, and our last full week of the year. We officially shut-up shop for the Christmas period at midday on Friday the 18th – and will continue to monitor and provide essential support services throughout the shutdown period – reappearing on Monday the 4th of January.
Our support team works “on-demand” and will deal with urgent issues on a 24hr basis over the break and will also schedule non-essential tasks in week 1 or week 2 of 2016. All project work goes on hold on Wednesday the 16th, too. It’s Christmas, and our teams are having a well-earned break.
As ever, you can reach us via our support portal, email or Twitter us. Even during the Christmas shutdown period.
And a huge thanks (and seasons wishes) to all our lovely clients. We love you all.
We’re going to end the year on 3,300 support tickets, up about 30% on 2014 – and based on resource and client planning we expect that number to grow past 4,500 in 2016.
We’re keeping the voluntary cap of 35 clients, so that is around 100 continuously supported websites next year. We’re small, and we like it that way as it allows us to offer a peerless level of client service – our clients seem to agree (in excess of 99% client satisfaction).
