Despite a short month, we still chewed through over 200 WordPress support tickets without dropping a serious ball.
It would be nice to say we’re perfect all the time but we’re human and sometimes drop the ball. February, overall, was a clean month.
We suffered a couple a big outages with Amazon AWS (total of 9 hours downtime across 8 sites) but mostly it was planned outage or server moves. As per usual, WPEngine worked like clockwork for the whole month with nothing more than a handful of minutes of downtime across 40 sites.
When support runs this smoothly, it’s difficult to write anything of interest – except to say that our response time was better than average, satisfaction was 100% and we dealt with 30% more tickets than comparable organisations.
